New Year's Resolution

My new year's resolution is to eat healthier and to get in shape. I want to do this because it would make me feel better about myself. In order to accomplish this goal, I am going to have better eating habits and chose healthier foods. I will try to eat more fruits and vegetables as snacks instead of the foods filled with carbs, which is what I usually eat. I will also try to go to the gym four or five times a week to help my body get into shape.
